On a juice cleanse, it’s best to sip on your juice throughout the day. This helps keep you satisfied and prevents hunger. Your body can digest about 8 oz of juice per hour, so drinking smaller amounts over time allows you to absorb the nutrients and gives your digestion a break. Since our juices are 13 oz, that’s more than one serving, so be sure to pace yourself!

Listen to your body! Your energy levels may be lower, especially in the first few days. We recommend scaling back your exercise and giving your body more rest as it focuses on cleansing, healing, and rebalancing.

If you’re really hungry or need something to chew, you can have one handful of raw nuts (chew thoroughly!) or a piece of fruit each day. we recommend the non-juiceable fruits like avocado or banana.

No problem! If you’d like to make any substitutions, we can adjust your juice selection. We also offer optional juices like pure apple, pure celery, or pure carrot to replace any juice you prefer not to have.

You may notice more frequent bowel movements at the start of the cleanse, which is normal as your body detoxes. If you find that you're not "cleansing" enough, ask for psyllium husk powder that you can add to your juice to help things move along.
