See Ya 2021!

Hey friends, welcome back to your favorite blog ;)

I hope everyone has had a lovely last couple of weeks. Whether you're one to celebrate the holidays or not, this time of year can be equally taxing as it can be magical. I hope there has been plenty of rest and peace for each of you during this season.

Has anyone been taking advantage of our December health challenge? If not, there is still time! Come grab a meal and juice combo to start your punch card and win a free yoga class at Updog Yoga.

As you know, we launched Burger Thursdays and they have been a huge hit! The menu may rotate weekly depending on popularity so let us know which one you like best. Our food is always crafted with optimal nutrition in mind and corners are never cut. We love having the opportunity to serve food in a unique way that values nutrition, and quality ingredients. So come let us serve great food (and vibes) and rest assured your body is thanking you.

This Thursday, December 23 mark your calendar. In addition to life altering burgers, we are having live music from 6-8pm!! Who is excited about that? You can expect instrumental holiday music as well as some original pieces from our very own Luke Mckenney, talented musician, master juicer. Bring your friends and family for a quaint and peaceful evening before the chaos of Christmas.

Lastly, what are your new years plans? I imagine a good portion of us will need a bit of recovery come January 1st, so start off 2022 on the right foot with a Be Well Brunch here at Inheritance Downtown. We will have special menu items, mimosas, and more (I recommend the ole anti inflammatory shot).

Okay friends, I’ll be back in the new year! Enjoy the rest of 2021 we are greatly looking forward to serving you in 2022.

Wrap Up The Holidays With Inheritance

Ho! Ho! Ho! Brie here to tell you about what to look forward to this month. Hold on to your stockings because we’ve got a lot to offer this month :)

Let's get to it!

So anyone else still needing gift ideas? We have you covered! We have thoughtfully curated gift boxes packed with goodies that encourage optimal health. The box comes with a homemade cranberry jam, a holiday sweet treat, $15 inheritance gift card, Shannon O’Hara hydrosol, vegan spa coupon, free Updog yoga class, stainless steel water bottle, and a house made coffee scrub. The cutoff for this order will be december 20th at 4pm and pickup days will be  December 21st-23rd. The order can be placed online or in store!

If the gift box isn't really your style, that's okay! Buy a gift card with $50 or more and get a FREE Christmas cookie smoothie bowl (we’ve heard this is the best bowl we make so you might as well come and find out for yourself).

If you're a superhuman and already have all your gifts bought, we still have something for you! Take it easy this year and let us make your Holiday dinner! We will be offering takeout meals completely vegan, mostly gluten free, and 100% organic. The items available will be: vegan turkey loaf + gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus, green bean casserole, stuffing, vegan mac, and flourless chocolate cake. Vegnog and apple cider growlers are available as well. Do yourself a favor and get some of the vegnog… makes for a great festive treat or cocktail ;) To order click the link in our instagram bio or come grab an order sheet in store.

Have you picked up your health challenge punch card yet? If not, come snag one!  We want to champion you along to finish the year strong by staying on track with your health goals! Purchase a meal and juice at Inheritance 10 times this month and get a free yoga class at Updog. Grab a few for your friends and challenge each other to live your best healthy life.

Alright so we’re caught up on Holiday offerings, but we didn't stop there… this month we launched BURGER DAY! Every Thursday, we will be selling 3 special burgers for lunch and dinner (plus our classic burger we already have) The menu may rotate weekly depending on popularity so let us know which one you like best. So far my favorite has been the California burger *drools*. Inheritance is so much more than just juice and smoothies, although we do that pretty well hehe, our food is always crafted with optimal nutrition in mind and corners are never cut. We love having the opportunity to serve food in a unique way that values nutrition, and quality ingredients. So come let us serve great food (and vibes) and rest assured your body is thanking you.

We’re just stoked to partner with you this holiday season in whatever capacity you let us be that gift giving, be that nutrition goals, or just a safe and cozy space for you to rest easy despite whatever else is going on. And as always we hope you find joy in gifting your loved ones the gift of health this year. Cheers!

A Health Conscious Holiday Season

variety-of-vegetables-on-table.jpg

Hey Hey!

Brie here to tell you all about what to look forward to this month! Anyone else shocked that it's NOVEMBER??? Yeah, me too. But we’re here and we’re ready to roll out some awesome things this holiday season.

Really quick, I want to make mention of the Pay It Forward Project we launched last month. If that phrase means nothing to you, let me catch you up! The Pay it Forward Project is an opportunity in which folks can purchase a meal, smoothie, juice, or hot beverage and hang it on our wall for someone else to utilize. I am happy to be writing that we have been blown away by the response from you, our customers, and your generosity. It has been amazing to see the direct impact that your kindness has on the lives of those in our community. I hope this generosity continues to grow not only in our space but across Tulsa and beyond. Cheers to being good humans!

Back to the updates! Let's get to it!

So, Thanksgiving, traditionally a meat-heavy day. Pretty much as far from plant-based as it comes. Well, in true Inheritance fashion, we are going to mix things up by offering traditional Thanksgiving food items made vegan. We’ve got a vegan loaf, sweet potato mash, green bean casserole, brussel sprouts, stuffing, mac n’ cheese, cheesecake, and more! If you’re interested in ordering any of these tasty dishes, here is what you’ll need to do:

  1. Pick up an order sheet or download one from here: inheritancejuicery.com/link-in-bio

  2. Drop it off with all your information filled out or email it to inheritancejuicery@gmail.com

  3. Pickup your items on the date and location you specified in your sheet! (payment will be expected at pickup)

How exciting is it that you’ll finally be able to enjoy all the Thanksgiving foods without compromising your plant-based lifestyle! We hope you are as excited to utilize this as we are to offer it!

Next up, Thanksgiving Day plans: do you have any? If not, please come join us for a plant-based three-course meal experience here at our downtown location! All it requires is that you make a reservation, put down a deposit, and show up at 1pm ready to feast. Visit  inheritancejuicery.com/link-in-bio or call us at 539-424-5394 to make your reservation! For any other questions, message us on instagram or call the shop. We are happy to clarify any remaining concerns.

And last thing for all you early bird shoppers out there; what better thing to give your loved ones than the gift of health? For every $50 put onto a gift card we will add $5. So come pick up a gift card and share in health with your friends and family this year.

I hope this information is helpful. Can't wait to see you all soon!

Love + Light,

Brie
